Picnic & Plants (OOTD)

Not only was today super fun, but it was also super warm. After a long winter I had missed my friend the sun dearly, so I was happy to spend my time today soaking it up with my boyfriend. I also got my hair done this morning, so today felt like a fresh start to a new season.

Earlier this afternoon, Brandon and I took the convertible down to my old American Apparel stomping grounds. We went to some vintage stores and then stopped over at AA to say hello to some old co-workers. I also bought a top in the new Magnolia print they have (I'll show you in a separate post/video soon).

It's always nice to throw on shorts after not wearing them for a while, so I put on my high-waisted ones from American Apparel along with my long black shawl from there as well. I completed my cute look with my Brandy Melville cactus halter top.

When I saw this Brandy top last summer I was in love with the detailing on it so I just had to have it. It matches my cactus and succulent I have in my room perfectly!

After shopping, we went back home, made PB&J croissants, put my Drought juice bottles to go use, grabbed a picnic blanket, and headed for the park! It was so relaxing to just sit there, eat, and people watch.

I encourage everyone to take some time and enjoy the weather! You never know what kind of adventures you might have.

Thanks for reading! TTFN!
