Society6 Art of the Week #2

This week's post is going to be focused on Spring season prints and patterns. The snow is finally gone and the sun is starting to peak out from behind the clouds, so I'm feeling happier with every warm-ish day that the Midwest gives me. I'm also very excited for my 18th birthday (on April 6th)!

This is beyond cute! All the little animals: AWWW! The pastels in this piece really remind me of Spring. Also, ice cream is always one of those things I associate with Spring and Summer. Around where I live, there's a lot of cute little ice cream parlors similar to Dairy Queen that only open for the Spring and Summer. It's always around this time of year that they start to have lines down the street!

You know what they say: "April showers bring May flowers!" So I thought this would be the perfect piece to include for this week's post. I've seen this done with crayons before, which is super cool, but I love how the artist did the paint splashes here and all the colors go very nicely together.

If it's modern and simple, chances are I'll love it. I love all the pastel colors in this (hence the title of the piece)! The simple geometric pattern is something I can't get enough of either. If you click on the link, it'll take you to Society6 and there you will see all the different items this art comes on. For example, I have picked a laptop skin for this piece because, personally, that's what I would get.
I hope you enjoyed Art of the Week #2!
