#OOTD: Marina & The Diamonds Concert

I have many different sides to my style because I'm always grabbing inspirations from pictures, memories, music, or street style. When I went to Movement Music Festival last week, I saw a girl in all black, rocking Adidas sweats. So, I kinda sorta stole her style for the Marina & the Diamonds concert earlier this week, but put my own twist on it.

Before I get started with the details of the concert, I just want to talk a minute about how my style can change very easily with how I'm feeling that day. I never planned on wearing the sweats to the concert, it was just something I was kind of feeling like trying that day so I did. I almost feel like this look is very unlike me, but I like it because I enjoy being unpredictable and different.

This summer, I really want to embrace different sides of myself and try to stay inspired by working on more artistic projects.

I know a big inspiration for my style has been Marina & the Diamonds who I have not only seen live once but twice now! I even wrote a blog post on her earlier in my blogging career (it's a throwback).

I really suggest looking up more photos of Marina if you haven't already. Her style for the last album was a bit different then this new one, but I'm loving it. She was rocking double tie dye the other day. Here she has on a very patterned and colorful kimono type outfit on. Although I couldn't really see it too well because I was in the back of the crowd.

I also made a really sweet edit of the first picture using another picture I took of a half torn down building as an overlay. What do you think?

    1. In some ways, I'm very glad I feel that way about my style. It makes it more like a dress up game. It's fun to change up styles based on what I'm feeling! :) And thank you!
