Waiting For Spring (OOTD)

Alright, you caught me: this isn't an outfit of the day because it's from last week. But I might as well share it because I had a great time at sushi with Maria the other day. Because of how cold it was, school was canceled not only on that day, but on the next day as well. I was so glad to have a bit of a break and time to myself. Unfortunately, I came down with a cold over the weekend too, but I'm all better now.

Winter Necessity: Pom Beanies

Today it's about -5 degrees with a windchill of -25. Trust me, I wouldn't dare to step outside in these conditions, but if I did I would be wearing my long down coat and my pom beanie: one of my cold weather musts since November. I bought mine from American Apparel before I quit and I'm still absolutely in love with it.

Get Glittery

Last night I had such a fun time having a mini "photoshoot" with Maria. That being said, my light set was put to good use of course when the finished product(s) came out fantastic (and sparkly)!

Going Purple

On my @justgigifashion Instagram the other day, some of you may have noticed this picture of me with purple hair (!!!!). Sadly, no: I did not dye it, and it's not my real hair. It's my new wig. Although I was very hesitant about the idea of wearing a wig occasionally, I'm now very glad I bought it because it expresses me.

Photo Shoot: Part 2

Today, I am so excited to bring you part 2 of my photo shoot with Kaelin (again, you can find her on Instagram at @momentsfromkae). This outfit was, thankfully, much warmer than the last. Creating cold weather outfits are fun, but I'm always looking forward to warm weather. Maybe I should have thought about that before deciding to move to Chicago (haha, oops). Enjoy the second half of this look book!

Photo Shoot: Part 1

Recently, I became a 2nd semester Senior which means I only have one semester left of high school and then I'll be on to bigger and better things in the city of Chicago. Yes: I'll be moving to Chicago, but no: I don't know exactly which Chicago university I will be attending yet. But, that'll all come in time. Today, I'm sharing an exciting post filled with pictures from my photo shoot with Kaelin Austin (find her on Instagram @momentsfromkae). (This is part 1 of 2). Enjoy!
